"Mothers need just as much attention as newborns, as they too have just been born."
Having a new baby is life changing and filled with an indescribable mix of emotions. It’s joyful yet terrifying, beautiful yet exhausting, and (lets face it) SUPER overwhelming all wrapped into one little bundle.
As a Postpartum Doula, I use my expertise and experience to curate and set the tone for parents and help them to feel empowered and supported in the messy throes of parenthood. My desire is to help your family gain confidence, provide encouragement and literally walk alongside you on this journey into parenthood. In the early days, weeks and months following birth, (when uninterrupted sleep is a distant memory) I am your breath of fresh air and your right hand gal. It is truly no exaggeration when I say that I wear all the hats of Doula, coach, teacher, mentor, friend, adviser, (light) housekeeper, concierge, baby and mom event planner, confidante and most importantly your support system.
Need a shower? Let me snuggle your baby. Up all night with your baby? Let me take care of baby while you nap. Nursing or bottle feeding challenges? Let me assist you in a non-judgmental way. Need help soothing your crying baby? Let me share with you my hacks! Laundry piling up? I got it! Feeling overwhelmed by it all? I will be your shoulder and your ear.
